Awful customer service. Didn't do as they promised when order was sent the incorrect size. Didn't care about additional costs occurred by the customer due to their error. Told a 66 year old woman to move a huge carpet on her own because their driver wouldn't. Also had to help deliver driver get the carpet off his own van because he couldn't manage it himself. Carpets might be a good price but that's the only positive thing about them.
